Can listen to and recall a customer’s complaint.

本日は、顧客からのクレーム電話を受けるというリスニングのレッスン。

表現はこちら。

I’m sorry but you promised [a high-quality console], however, [I got a damaged one].
Please could you [deliver a new one] as soon as possible?
Okay. That will do.

リスニングのレッスンなのだけど、先生から送られてきたスクリプトで自分のパートはスピーキングをしないといけない。

スクリプトは初見なので、もちろん予習していない。

先生のパートは、スクリプトには[Listen to your tutor.]としか書いてないので、聞き取るしかない。

…あの、これ、超むずいんですけど。

Step2まで進んだんだけど、先生から見かねてスクリプト全文を送ってもらってなんとか回答できるという…

後で、動画を超復習だな～。

I said: He complained about his account is still inactive until now.
Correct: He complained about the reactivation of his online account.

朝いちのレッスンで、疲弊しすぎて一日引きずった。

わりとレッスンによって辛さのムラがあるので、覚悟しないといけない。
