今回は、採用戦略についての記事を読んで理解するというもの。

昔はこんな採用をしていたけど、今はもっぱらこれとこれをしています…みたいな。
求人広告、ヘッドハンター、SNS広告、求人フェア、社内募集、紹介などいろいろな方法がある。
弊社にはあまり関係ないけど。
