テーマは「My Weekend」。

このケースは、他の教材に行ってはいけない…フリートークを選択。
というのも、今回の教材のために用意していたフレーズや質問を繰り出してないので、それをもう一回やるのだ。

これ、いつも「I'm pleased」を「I'm pleasure…だっけ？」となる。
- pleased: 喜んで、満足してを表す形容詞
- pleasure: 楽しみ、喜びを表す名詞

これ、いつも「through」のところで「by」が出てきてしまう。
どう違うのか…？
「through」は主語が能動的に物事を通り抜けるイメージであると、「by」は主語が受動的に働きを受けるイメージ。なるほど！
by と through の違い
突然ですが、問題です。次の空欄に当てはまる前置詞として by と through から適切なものを選んでください。 I got rich ( ) hard work.（私は一生懸命働いて、お金持ちになりました） ……… 「一生懸命働いて

まとめ
フリートークは、得意な先生を選べるかがけっこう重要だけど、もしそうでないとしても、なんとかこなせるようになってきたのは成長と見ていいのかなと思う。
以前は10分なんか余ったら途方に暮れてたもんな…。
