アスリートやチームについて話すスピーキングレッスン。

うん、野球もサッカーもどんなスポーツでも、どのチームも個人も応援してないw

表現はこちら。

Emilia is frustrated that her team has been going downhill since the start of the season.
The Hornets are on fire this year! No one has come close to beating them.
The Roos are on a winning streak. They won their fourth match in a row last night!

調子が良いとか、勝ちまくっているとか、不調とかそういう表現。

ひとまず、サッカーでフロンターレが勝ちまくっているのをチラ見したことがあるので、それでゴリ押し。

昨日に比べると新たな単語の少なさよ…

なんで、ただの過去形にbe動詞入れちゃうんだ…恥ずかしい。

I said: I'm started studying English last year.
Correct: I started studying English last year.

I said: I was established my company 6 years ago.
Corerct: I established my company 6 years ago.

I said: They haven't lost every game.
Correct: They haven't lost ANY game.

そういえば、昔は苦手な話題だととんとクリアできなかったけど、最近はなんとかかんとかクリアしている気がする。

英語力というよりは、会話力なのだろうけど…まあそれも大事なのかな。
